Ready-to-use jointing mortar for ceramic tiles and narrow joints

A-Joint® Ready Flex is a vacuum-packed, ready-to-use jointing mortar for pavements.

Thanks to the fine sand grains and excellent slurry properties, the mortar is perfect for narrow joints from 3 mm.

The jointing mortar is resistant to both frost and de-icing salt. Cracks are avoided thanks to the permanent flexibility after curing. This also makes the product ideal for jointing large tiles on terraces and pathways.

  • Flexural strength: 4.2 N/mm² (lab value), 3.6 N/mm² (practical value)
  • Static modulus of elasticity: 20 N/mm²
  • Density of hardened mortar: 1.45 kg/dm³
  • Water permeability: 3.90 × 10⁻³ m/s (for 10% joint volume, approx. 12 l/m², depending on compaction)
  • Packaging: 15 kg, vacuum-packed
